Dear Customer

We need to let you know about some important changes to our Internet Banking service, to meet new UK banking regulations and make everyday banking even more secure.

We recently updated our system to use an extra layer of security called Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) to confirm your identity when you log into Internet Banking. This relies on us having a valid number to send you a One Time Password (OTP) which you will need to log in.
