Benefice News Sunday 8th January 2017     This SUNDAY and NEXT SUNDAY SERVICES Sunday 8th January Markington 8.15 am, Traditional Communion Burnt Yates 9.30 am, Holy Communion Bishop Thornton 10.45 am, All Age Worship Ripley 10.45 am, Holy Communion Bishop Thornton 4.30 pm, Evensong Sunday 15th January Markington 8.15 am, Traditional Morning Prayer Burnt Yates 9.30 am, Matins Markington 9.30 am, Pop Up Church Ripley 10.45 am, Matins Bishop Thornton 10.45 am, Holy Communion Morning Prayer is said at 8.30 am on Mondays in Bishop Thornton, and during term time at 9 am on Tuesdays in Burnt Yates School, and 9 am on Wednesdays in Ripley School. In Ripley there is a short, informal prayer service most Tuesdays at 4 pm, and a traditional language Communion on Wednesdays at 10 am.
